Local restauranteers, Simon and Jonathan Philips of Humpit were thrilled to take delivery of a brand new 16 Plate Citroen Berlingo van in black, supplied by Daniel Downs, Local Business Manager at SB Wakefield. Humpit – The Hummus and Pita Bar located in the Corn Exchange, Leeds was launched by father and son, Simon and Jonathan after many years spent travelling around the Mediterranean and the Middle East sampling great meals based purely on hummus and pita bread. Humpit offers authentic great tasting down to earth hummus, falafel, salads and drinks and is Yorkshire’s first dedicated hummus and pita bar. They have recently been crowned Best UK Street Food Start Up 2015 at the Virgin Foodpreneur awards ceremony in London and are in the process of opening their second restaurant in Sheffield.
