£1500 EV Grant with new Citroen

CITROËN CONFIRMS THE FIRST MODELS IN ITS ELECTRIC CAR RANGE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE UK GOVERNMENT ELECTRIC CAR GRANT

 

  • Citroën New ë-C3, New ë-C4, New ë-C4 X and ë-Berlingo (M1) to be eligible for £1,500 support from UK government, along with £1,500 support for New ë-C3 Aircross and New ë-C5 Aircross
  • Electric Car Grant is awarded to models that meet strict technical and environmental criteria
  • Citroën to receive the Level 2 £1,500 support as all vehicles are assembled in Europe.
  • Citroën have six electric cars under £36,000
  • Electric Car Grant available, in conjunction with the existing 0% PCP offer

Citroën is delighted to announce the first vehicles in its electric car range that will be eligible for the UK Government’s Electric Car Grant (ECG), reinforcing the company's commitment to making the transition to electrification more accessible and affordable for all drivers. This initiative allows customers to enjoy an extensive selection of zero-emission vehicles while benefiting from significant savings.

 

With the ECG in place, the pricing for Citroën's electric models showcases remarkable affordability. New ë-C3 is now available from only £20,595, New ë-C3 Aircross starts at £21,595, and the New ë-C5 Aircross can be acquired from £32,565. This means that six models in Citroën's electric passenger car lineup is now priced under £36,000, ensuring that an eco-friendly driving experience is within reach for a wider audience.

 

In addition to the ECG, customers can take advantage of Citroën's existing offers, including an attractive 0% finance option on Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) plans, requiring only a 20% deposit on a 24-month term. Such financial flexibility further enhances the accessibility of Citroën’s electric vehicles, allowing customers to make the switch to sustainable mobility.

 

The New ë-C3 is particularly noteworthy, delivering best-in-class comfort and an effortless electric driving experience. A European-designed and European-built all-electric compact hatchback, New ë-C3 embodies Citroën's dedication to providing outstanding value for money alongside impressive levels of useful equipment. Citroën WE CARE complements the specific warranty that already applies to the high-voltage battery for 8 years/100,000 miles, providing comprehensive vehicle coverage. WE CARE is activated automatically and free of charge for an additional 2 years or 16,000 miles after each maintenance service performed within the network.
