Citroën ë-C5 Aircross Long Range open for orders with 421 mile range after qualifying for full £3,750 Electric Car Grant

Citroën ë-C5 Aircross Long Range is now open for orders. Long range variants of Citroën’s flagship midsize SUV offer up to 421-miles on a single charge (WLTP Combined). This follows the news that ë-C5 Aircross is the first vehicle of its type to be awarded the full £3,750 Electric Car Grant (ECG) by the UK Government. Available in YOU! PLUS and MAX trims, ë-C5 Aircross is available from £32,935 MRRP once the ECG is applied.

ë-C5 Aircross represents Citroën’s boldest step yet in the mid-sized SUV segment, offering outstanding comfort, on-board space, and value for money. With a 97kWh battery and a 230 hp electric motor, Citroën ë-C5 Aircross Long Range offers a combined range of up to 421 miles (WLTP Combined). The battery cells for the Long Range versions are produced in Europe, at the Stellantis ACC plant in France, helping to lower the environmental footprint of the vehicle thanks to reduced emissions in the production process.

ë-C5 Aircross has been crafted with the very best of Citroën’s Advanced Comfort® programme. All versions feature progressive hydraulic cushions in the suspension, filtering out imperfections in the road surface to deliver a smooth, almost gliding ride.

Inside, Citroën Advanced Comfort® seats combine plush, high-density foam with wider cushions and integrated heating, ventilation and massage functions on selected versions. The calming atmosphere is enhanced by soft-touch materials, high-quality trim and an interior layout inspired by home furniture design, with wide, padded surfaces and sofa-like contours.

Ë-C5 Aircross Long Range is available with a choice of three trims that build on a generous standard specification – YOU!, PLUS and MAX.

YOU! variants benefit from 19-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights with High Beam Assist, 13-inch touchscreen with 3D navigation, wireless smartphone charger, adaptive cruise control and a high-quality Urban Grey interior with Sofa fabric. Long Range YOU! variants are available from £32,935 MRRP after the ECG is applied.

PLUS variants gain Metropolitan Blue ambiance with premium fabrics, ambient lighting, dark-tinted windows, proximity keyless entry, front parking sensors and 180-degree reversing camera. Long Range PLUS variants are available from £35,575 MRRP after the ECG.

Range topping MAX variants add Hype Blue ambiance with premium materials, extended head-up display, heated front seats and steering wheel, hands-free electric tailgate, and Drive Assist Pack 2.0 with semi-autonomous features. MAX versions also gain a standard heat pump for improved winter efficiency and start at £38,215 MRRP with the ECG.

Ë-C5 Aircross is also available with a hybrid and Plug-In-Hybrid powertrains or in the Comfort Range, with a  73kWh battery and 210hp electric motor offering a range of up to 322 miles (WLTP Combined).
